Elfenfreund is a rather quirky digitization of some lettering that originally accompanied an illustration series. Most of the dents and bends as well as the wobbly baseline were kept to preserve the rough appearance. Elfenfreund’s most expressive feature are the excessive ascenders and descenders generating a strange elegance and giving the typeface its very distinct appearance. This makes Elfenfreund a good choice for any display purposes.
